Using the instructor’s original, holistic, non-dual approach, you will learn the “Five Steps,” the powerful tools that enable you to finally make peace with food, weight, and your body. The course focuses on the missing piece of the eating puzzle, the role of our thinking in our relationship to food. The only way to create a healthy relationship with food is to change the way we think about it. Once we change our thinking, our eating and bodies have to change. Simply by incorporating the “Five Steps” into your life, you will never again have to worry about food or your weight again. The course uses the author’s book, Skinny Thinking, as a text and features talks, inquiry, and discussion.
